What performance inspired you this year?
“I’m a little biased. I have to say Meryl Streep [in ‘Doubt’] because I’m her biggest fan. She doesn’t know that. I’ll tell her. I’ve said it in every interview. She can just do anything. As an actor, I’m looking to see if she does something from the last movie she did, if she’s using the same tricks. Totally different. All the mannerisms were totally different.”
