Set to debut in summer 2012, Cars Land at Disney California Adventure will feature three new rides set amid a faithful re-creation of the fictional film town of Radiator Springs. Walt Disney Imagineering originally conceived of the themed land as a celebration of California’s car culture called Carland. Here’s a closer look at the evolution from Carland to Cars Land.
